Who we are

This website, thecloserflow.com, is run by CloserFlow, [legal name of the business, registered address, company ID]. CloserFlow is the controller of your personal data. Contact: hi@thecloserflow.com.

What we collect and why

• Meeting request form: your name, job title, company, work email, sales challenge, preferred way of learning and preferred start date. We use them to prepare for and arrange a call with you about coaching.
• Quiz: your name, email address, company, quiz answers and result. We use them to send you your results and roadmap, and to contact you about coaching. If you tick the box, we also send you occasional sales tips. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Contact form: your name, job title, email, phone number and message. We use them to answer your enquiry.
• Booking a meeting: when you pick a time, the scheduling tool Calendly processes your name, email and answers to create the meeting invite.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give with the checkbox on each form, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that happened before it.

Where your data is stored

Form submissions are stored on our own server hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland, and notification emails are sent through Infomaniak's email service. Switzerland is recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection. Meeting bookings are processed by Calendly LLC (USA) under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as needed to follow up on your request, and for no longer than [24 months] after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case contractual and legal retention periods apply.

Cookies, Google Analytics and LinkedIn advertising

We use only the cookies that are strictly necessary to run this website, plus, only if you accept analytics and marketing cookies, the LinkedIn Insight Tag from LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company. The Insight Tag sets cookies that let us measure the results of our LinkedIn ads, run conversion tracking and retarget website visitors on LinkedIn. LinkedIn may transfer data to the USA. We use Google Analytics 4 from Google Ireland Limited to understand how visitors use the site (for example which pages are viewed and whether forms are submitted). Until you accept, Google Analytics runs in a restricted "consent mode": it sets no cookies and sends only anonymous signals without identifiers. Only if you accept does it set analytics cookies. Google shortens your IP address and may transfer data to Google LLC in the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. See Google's privacy policy.

Your choice is saved in your browser. You can change it at any time: open cookie settings.

The website also loads fonts from Adobe Fonts and scripts from content delivery networks, which receive your IP address to deliver these files.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Email hi@thecloserflow.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ, uoou.gov.cz) or the authority in the country where you live.
